Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the LogViewer app (the "App") provided by an individual developer (the "Developer"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
1. Service Overview
The App provides features for recording, viewing, and sharing flight logs. The Developer may change, add to, or discontinue the App without prior notice.
2. Account Management
You are responsible for managing your own account information. The Developer is not liable for any damages arising from unauthorized use of your account.
3. Prohibited Conduct
When using the App, you must not:
- Gain unauthorized access to the App or its servers
- Infringe the rights of others (privacy, copyright, etc.)
- Interfere with the operation of the service, such as by posting large volumes of false logs
- Engage in acts that violate laws or public order and morals
4. Safety Disclaimer (Important)
The App provides reference information for entertainment and record-keeping purposes only, and must not be used for aircraft navigation or for making flight-safety decisions.
The accuracy of the altitude, position, guidelines, and other information shown in the App is not guaranteed. Flight safety must be ensured by the pilot's own responsibility. The Developer is not liable for any damages arising from the information provided by the App.
5. Paid Features
Paid features such as Flight Mode, and in-app purchases, are subject to the terms of the respective app stores (such as Google Play).
6. Governing Law
The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
7. Changes to These Terms
If these Terms are revised, we will announce the changes on this page.
